Payment data and recurring charges

The storage of your payment method for subscriptions is carried out through payment processors certified under the PCI-DSS standard. MOLVEK Lab does not directly store the complete card data in its systems, including the full card number and the verification code. You may update or delete your payment method at any time from the "Manage Subscription" section of your account.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. For the purpose of providing and improving the Services for you, the information that you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in countries other than your own. In addition, in order to help protect, develop and improve our business, we use certain advanced Shopify features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with the Shopify platform itself.
